Hi, I'm Shannon

If you’re trying to become an attractive, fit woman, there are several steps you can take that can help. Exercising and nourishing your body with healthy food is certainly important. Still, there are a few other things you can do that will improve your mental health, like being with a partner that loves you unconditionally, staying off social media whenever possible, dressing up at least once a week, and spending time with friends. We’ll discuss the importance of all these things in this article.

Be With a Partner Who Loves You Unconditionally

If your partner loves you for reasons other than who you are, take some time to decide who do you want to be with – someone who loves you for who you are or for what you can give them. Those who love you for your personality don’t care about your physical qualities – they care about what’s inside of you, which is what really counts. If you’re loved unconditionally, physical attractiveness isn’t as important. Unconditional love motivates you to achieve goals you’ve been wanting to achieve, like losing weight or applying for jobs for attractive females.

Stay Off Social Media Whenever Possible

On the internet, you can find pictures of fit people and fitness models with great bone structure. You can also find information on great workouts and yoga studios.

Spending too much time on social media can lead to loneliness, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and self-harm. It can be motivating to look at pictures of fit people and female fitness models, but it can also cause these feelings if people go too far. Fitness models typically have a different body type, more muscle mass, and less body fat than you, so keep your expectations in check when looking for female athletes with your body type.  And remember, fashion models also often have more muscular physiques.

A few ideas for limiting your social media use include:

Put apps away – Move them off your home screen so they’re harder to access. Take it a step further by deleting social media apps completely and only signing into them on predefined days.

Apps can help you limit your social media usage – Instead of deleting social media apps from your smart phone, use apps like Forest or Daywise to limit your social media use. Forest lets you set a no-use period for your phone. The app grows a digital plant during that time. Forest warns you if you use your phone during this time, or your plant will die. Daywise lets you schedule notifications, so they won’t constantly distract you.

Every week, spend an hour on a screen-free hobby –168 hours make up a week. You can spend one hour a week away from your phone, outside of sleeping. This is the perfect time to get into weight training, which will help you build muscle and improve your general health.

Enjoy a phone-free dinner – Going out to dinner means catching up with friends. Take advantage of the time you set aside for friends. Put your phone in someone else’s bag during dinner rather than in your pocket to avoid those buzzes tempting you.

Keep your phone out of the bedroom – Your phone disrupts your sleep. Put your phone on the charger outside your bedroom instead of scrolling through Instagram before bed.

When you do spend time on social media, look at posts of attractive women doing upper body workouts,  or giving women’s health tips. This is more helpful and motivating than looking at photos of attractive women and fit girls who have achieved goals that are unreasonable for you, given your body shape or bone structure.

Exercise Often and Nourish Your Body

Exercising often helps you get in better shape and improve your overall health and nourishing your body with healthy food will help you adopt a healthy lifestyle and lower the risk of developing many common diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and certain cancers. Exercising and nourishing your body doesn’t have to be hard – participating in hobbies that keep you in shape by increasing your heart rate and doing some strength training, and practicing different healthy habits for women is a good way to start.

Dress Up at Least Once Per Week

How do you invest in yourself as a woman? Your closet should have at least a few nice outfits so you can dress up once a week. Feeling attractive changes the way we shop – when we feel attractive, we’re more likely to look for nice clothes that look good on us and makeup and jewelry that gives us more facial symmetry.

Spend Time with Friends who Appreciate You

One of my favorite independent female quotes is a quote from Judy Garland that says, “Always be a first-rate version of yourself and not a second-rate version of someone else.” True friends appreciate you – they don’t abandon you when you can no longer give them what they need.

Studies show that spending time with friends who appreciate you has a positive impact on your mental health. It can help increase your sense of belonging and purpose, make you happier and reduce stress, improve your confidence and self-worth, and help you deal with traumas like divorce, serious illness, job loss, or a loved one’s death.  If you’ve been through a painful time in your life and have good friends around you to get you through it, you’ll start feeling good again in no time.

Becoming an Attractive, Fit Woman

That’s what you need to know about how to become an attractive, fit woman. Exercising and eating healthfully is just a small part of the equation – you also have to do things to improve your mental health, like dressing up at least once a week, spending time with friends who appreciate you, finding a partner who loves you unconditionally, and staying off social media as much as possible. If you can do these things, you’ll start feeling good again and achieve your fitness goals before you know it.
